Preconstruction Planning

Our goal is to generate sufficient thought, insight and communication that the big picture of the project is well understood by all project participants. This is where we ensure a good foundation for the project.

Design + Build

A design-build delivery method is a shift from the more traditional design-bid-build delivery of construction contracts. Successful Design-build projects offer an owner many benefits that add value to a project.

Project Development

During the construction phase, we continue to work closely with the owner, architect and all subcontractors to ensure that a project stays on schedule and under budget. After the project is complete, we take every precaution to ensure that the building meets the owner’s expectations. We warranty all of our work for a one-year period, and we perform a mandatory 11-month walk-through, designed to identify any problems or malfunctions that need to be corrected before the warranty expires.
